What is your Reseller Agreement? [For Wholesale Customers] The Lafayette Shoppe devotes a significant amount of time, research and resources towards developing original, artistically-rendered and historically-accurate reproductions. The Lafayette Shoppe pays attention to the value and quality controls on its products, brand, and reputation and requests your attention with the same.

Reseller must make clear to retail customers that The Lafayette Shoppe products are exclusively for purchase and use by an End User for its own internal or personal use and not for further resale, remarketing, or distribution.

Reseller shall not market or offer The Lafayette Shoppe products on or through any publicly accessible website, including but not limited to any third-party marketplace website such as Amazon, eBay, Jet, Rakuten, or Walmart Marketplace without the prior consent of The Lafayette Shoppe, LLC.
